No more lengthy wait for purse money at Caymanas Park

For the first time in over three years, the winning purse money will be paid as soon as the promoting company Caymanas Track Limited gets the clearance for the Jamaica Racing Commission.

This was announced at a press briefing on Thursday morning at the track by Managing Director of CTL Shane Dalling.

“I can announce that effective today that all approved purses will be paid totalling over $25 million,” said Dalling.

Meanwhile, the government set to announce in parliament at the end of September, details of the contract agreement for Supreme Ventures Limited to take over the operations of Caymanas Track Limited.
