Samuel Badree's hatrick was overshadowed by a Keiron Pollard super knock as Mumbai Indians beat Chris Gayle's Royal Challengers Bangalore by four wickets in their Indian Premier League contest on Friday. Gayle, who made 22, fell three short of reaching 10,000 T20 runs as RCB posted 142-5.
Badree then bagged 4-9 including a hatrick to have Mumbai reeling at 7- 4 and 33- 5. But Pollard calculatedly led them across the line with a Player of the Match performance of 70 from 47 balls which included 3 fours and 5 sixes.
