Rivoli and Waterhouse still in RSPL relegation danger

Rivoli United started Sunday in the drop zone of the Red Stripe Premier League and could not make their way out at the end of the day.

Home advantage failed to ignite them and they went down to visitors Tivoli Gardens. A 72nd minute strike from Kemar Seivright proved the decider.

The woes of fellow cellar-dwellers Waterhouse continued at the Juici Patties Field when they came out the losers in their encounter with third placed Portmore United who got a 78th minute strike from Malique Foster.

Humble Lion gave themselves a chance for the top four, clipping Boys’ Town 1-0 at Barbican.

Surprise package UWI FC kept their semi final hopes alive with a 1-0 win over Cavalier while Arnett Gardens triumphed 2-1 over Montego Bay United.
