Manning Cup champions St. George's College capped off an outstanding
season with a 2-nil win over DaCosta Cup champions St. James High, in the second leg final of the Issa
Pepsi Digicel Olivier Shield to win the playoff 3-2 on aggregate on Jarrett Park.
St. George's ninth hold on the trophy was however soured by crowd disturbance midway through the second half and at the end of the game.
This did not stop St. George's, however, who entered the match trailing 2-1 from the first leg but
at the half-time break were leading 2-nil courtesy of a Kamal Malcolm brace.
