Injury concerns over Sunshine Girls defender Latanya Wilson ahead of this summer's Netball World Cup have been allayed.
Wilson who currently represents the Adelaide Thunderbirds in Australia's Suncorp Super Netball League, was taken out of the game in the final quarter of her team's 63-46 win over the Queensland Firebirds last weekend.
A release from the Thunderbirds said Wilson experienced cramp in her leg in the final quarter but recovered fully after the game.
The Thunderbirds are on track to complete a stunning rise from their 7th place finish last year, as they lead the 8-team standing with 30 points from 9 matches, having recorded 7 wins, 1 draw and a loss.
The T-Birds travel to Melbourne this coming weekend to take on the Melbourne Vixens for round 10.
