Coach of Montego Bay United, Paul 'Tegat' Davis and coach of Tivoli Gardens, Jerome Waite were displeased for different reasons after their teams ended 1-1 in their return leg quarter-final match in the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League (JPL) on Monday night, resulting in the western club advancing 3-2 on aggregate to the semi-finals.

Tivoli Gardens ended with 9 men after goalkeeper Nicholas Clarke was red carded in the 73rd minute and Lennox Russell in the 81st. Mo Bay United will next face Mount Pleasant FA in the semi-finals.

Earlier, defending champions Cavalier also secured their semi-final spot after clipping Portmore United 1-0 in the first game at the same venue.

Cavalier advanced 2-1 on aggregate and will now face Arnett Gardens in the semi-finals. The semi-finals will kick off on Thursday with the first leg matches at the Montego Bay Sports Complex.
