Rochelle Foster who was charged with killing Reggae Girl Tarania 'Plum Plum' Clarke, has been remanded in custody after appearing in court on Wednesday. She is set to return to court on December 9.
Clarke was stabbed to death on October 31 during an altercation with Foster over a cellphone.
