Barita Investments has made an addition to the prospectus for its additional public offering, as recommended by the Financial Services Commission, (FSC)
The company posted the addendum on the website of the Jamaica Stock Exchange on Friday.
The FSC says this was to ensure an orderly disclosure of material information relevant to the public offer.
The revised prospectus had Barita's nine-month results for the period which ended on June 30.
Before, it only had financial results for the period ended March 30.
Barita is seeking $10 billion from the additional public offering which opened on September 6 and is scheduled to close on September 21.
It has the option to upsize the offer to $15 billion.
