Sygnus Credit Investments has finalised its acquisition of majority stake in Acrecent Financial Corporation (AFC) in Puerto Rico.
The acquisition as approved in February.
Sygnus now holds 93.7 per cent of AFC, with the AFC management keeping the remaining 6.34 per cent.
AFC has a private credit portfolio of at least US$60 million and assets under administration of at least US$125 million.
