Tropical Battery secures Ferry Pen site for $950 million to support expansion

Tropical Battery Company says it has acquired Lot 12 Ferry Pen, Kingston 20, effective September 19, for approximately $950 million dollars. 

Previously owned by Diverze Properties Limited, Tropical Battery says the purchase supports its growth initiatives, enhances operational capabilities, reduces related-party loans, and is expected to positively impact financial performance.
