A 31-year-old labourer accused of raping his nine-year-old stepdaughter at her home in a community in Hanover has been charged by the police.
He was arrested by detectives assigned to the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA).
The man was also charged with indecent assault and buggery.
