Leighton "Livity" Coke, the brother of former Western Kingston gang leader, Christopher "Dudus" Coke, is to return to the Gun Court on Friday.
Mr. Coke was remanded when he appeared in the Gun Court on July 30 on weapons charges.
He was charged on July 21 with shooting with intent and illegal possession of a firearm, arising from the military incursion in Tivoli Gardens.
Investigators reported that on May 25, "Livity", who is the son of late Shower Posse leader, Jim Brown, fired on members of the security forces.
Detectives say he is also being investigated for other crimes committed in the Western Kingston Police Division.
Livity was handed over by Head of Fellowship Tabernacle, Reverend Al Miller, on June 1, after the police placed him on a list of major persons of interest.
