Commissioner of Police Major General Antony Anderson has instructed that a policeman seen in a compromising position in a video that has gone viral, be interdicted with immediate effect.
The Inspectorate and Professional Standards Oversight Bureau has also launched an investigation.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force says more information will be made available as the investigation progresses.
In the video, the policeman is seen performing a sex act on a woman while wearing his uniform.
