Chaos has erupted near the market district in Spanish Town, St. Catherine after gunmen shot a number of persons this afternoon.
It's being reported that three people were killed.

In an interview with Radio Jamaica News a shortwhile ago, Dennis Robotham, President of the St. Catherine Chamber of Commerce, said the market district of Spanish Town is now under lockdown.
Senior Superintendent of Police Stephanie Lindsay, head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force's Corporate Communications Unit, told Radio Jamaica's Beyond the Headlines that a car drove onto Cumberland Road and the occupants opened fire, killing one man at that location.
The car with the shooters fled but encountered the police and there was shootout in which one man was shot and killed.
SSP Lindsay said the gunmen then went onto Job Lane where there was a third fatal shooting.
She noted that the incident is a continuation of an intra-gang feud in the One Order Gang.
