McConnell finishes second overall in 2025 RallyX Championship

Fraser McConnell capped off a highly successful 2025 Rally-X series season with two podium finishes at the Estering Rallycross Track in Germany, securing second place overall in the championship recently.

The double-header finale saw McConnell claiming back-to-back third place finishes in the FC2 finals, maintaining his consistent form against a competitive field.

The 2025 RallyX series spanned 13 events over seven weekends, having started in Portugal on March 29.

Apart from Denmark, where McConnell used prior experience to secure back-to-back victories, every track was new to him.

Despite the unfamiliarity, he remained a consistent podium threat, amassing 13 podium places from eight rounds, including two victories, six second-place finishes and five third-place finishes across Portugal, Netherlands, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
