Fowler in record breaking form in Suncorp Super Netball League

Sunshine Girl captain Jhaniele Fowler netted a record 70 goals in a game in the Suncorp Super Netball League for the West Coast Fever as they defeated new South Wales Swifts 80-71 in Brisbane.

The 31 year old Fowler broke her record of 66 goals in a game which she set back in 2018.

With the win Fowler and the West Coast Fever have moved up to second in the table and have qualified for the playoffs of the competition.

Fowler is the leading scorer in the league with a whopping 678 goals. Fowler has been the MVP of the league over the last two seasons.
