Jamaica's practical pistol shooting team in its preparations for the 2025 IPSC World Shoot in South Africa, fired some warning shots at the rest of the world, after returning home with 8 medals including three gold from the Pan-Am Open Championship held in Panama, recently.
Leading the charge was Darin Richards who delivered a masterclass performance in speed and precision to claim first place in the standard division.
Ellsworth Dixon and Ekpedeme Otuokon showed flawless marksmanship to finish first and second, respectively in the open division senior category.
Meanwhile, the Alpha Angels trio were explosive in the production optics lady category, sweeping the medal podium.
The International Practical Shooting Conference (IPSC) World Handgun Shoot is set for September 11-28 in South Africa.
