Comedian and actor Kevin Hart has checked out of his inpatient rehab facility and is back home receiving intensive physical therapy.
Sources very close to Hart say he is grateful and shocked to be alive after seeing photos of the car crash.
Kevin suffered injuries to his back resulting in him receiving spinal fracture fusion.
Doctors have assured he will make a full recovery.
