Miss Jamaica World to be crowned on Sunday

The Miss Jamaica World pageant will crown its 2022 winner on Sunday.

The event, to be held at the Courtleigh Auditorium in Kingston, will see 13 beauties from across the island, compete for the title and a chance to represent Jamaica at the international Miss World competition.

Co-franchise owner Dahlia Harris shared with Radio Jamaica News her thoughts on the upcoming event.

"These ladies are focused, they are disciplined, they are hungry for the title and I know it's gonna come down to the final question to determine the winner," she said.

Patrons will be entertained by veteran singer Gem Myers as well as Daniel Johnson.
