Canadian Rapper Tory Lanez had his sentencing in the case with Megan Thee Stallion postponed until April 10.
The presiding judge also removed the gag order.
Megan reportedly brought Tory to court in 2020 for causing her bodily harm.
He was charged with three felonies, which include possession of a loaded and unregistered firearm, assault with a semi-automatic firearm, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.
Tory's legal team was successful and was granted the right to appeal the guilty verdict, resulting in the sentencing that was originally scheduled for last month, being pushed back.
Tory Lanez is facing being imprisoned for over two decades and possible deportation if he and his attorneys are not successful in their appeal.
