Social media site Twitter has changed the official POTUS and FLOTUS handles to images of President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.
Twitter made the switch almost immediately after Trump was sworn in as the 45th President.
Meanwhile, the Obamas are now @POTUS44 and @FLOTUS44.
This appears to be the first time in history that Twitter has done this, considering tweeting was not as widespread in 2009, and @POTUS was not created until 2015.
In the meantime, celebrities have been reacting to the Trumps inauguration on twitter.
Pop singer Katy Perry wrote early Friday morning that she was sleeping the day away.
Comedian Chris Rock shared a meme that said, “Don’t forget to set your clocks back 300 years tonight.”
John Legend observed, “The last 2 inaugurations were very crowded. This one is so… roomy."
His wife, Chrissy Teigen sarcastically said, “Can u guys feel it? America is great again all of a sudden it’s so weird. he was right!”
