The Eppley Caribbean Property Fund is reporting net operating income of 8.6 million Barbados dollars during the nine-month period ended June 30 this year.
This in comparison to 7.7 million Barbados dollars during the corresponding period last year.
Chairman of the company Nicholas Scott says the company's board met recently and approved a dividend, which will be payable on September 15.
