Mayberry Investments has disclosed that it will redeem the full principal and accrued interest on its 10.75 per cent secured bond – Tranche Two - when it matures next week.
The company has advised bondholders that the bond is scheduled to mature on March 19.
Mayberry says it has asked the Jamaica Stock Exchange to suspend trading in the bond on the maturity date.
According to the company, payments covering the full principal and all accrued interest will be made within seven days after the final list of bondholders is received as at the record date.
The redemption will mark the completion of the company's obligations under Tranche Two of the secured bond issue, according to Mayberry.
