Moody's Ratings has upgraded Digicel International Finance Limited corporate family rating and its senior secured bank credit facility ratings to B3, with a stable outlook.
Previously, the outlook was on review for upgrade.
This rating action concludes the review for upgrade initiated on February 26 this year.
The upgrade reflects the company's improved liquidity and capital structure following its debt restructuring process.
It also incorporates the expectation that the company will build a positive track record under its new configuration.
