Norbrook Equity Partners (NEP) and Pan Jamaica Group (Pan Jamaica) have sold their water and ice company in the Dominican Republic.
Grupo Alaska S.A. is a leading producer of ice and bottled water products in the Dominican Republic.
Norbrook and Pan Jamaica have been partnering to make strategic acquisitions in the Spanish speaking country since 2021.
Grupo Alaska S.A. was sold to Diesco Industries Limited, an international group with a regional focus on the business of bottled water.
Pan Jamaica Group CEO and Executive Vice Chairman, Jeffrey Hall, says "The acquisition of the Grupo Alaska manufacturing business, achieved all of the strategic objectives set by its Specialty Foods Division."
