Proven Management, the investment manager of Proven Group, has announced the formation of a strategic partnership with the Cornerstone Group, a United States and regional investment organisation with interests spanning financial services, financial technology, and a substantial real estate portfolio.
Cornerstone, which is currently the second largest shareholder in Proven Group, says the partnership is aimed at deepening collaboration between the two organisations and positioning both platforms for long-term and sustainable growth.
A key focus of the alliance will be the combination of Proven's expertise in real estate development with Cornerstone's high-quality property holdings.
