Proven Wealth Limited coming

Investment management firm, Proven Investments, has completed its acquisition of Guardian Asset Management and has begun to put the necessary procedures in place to integrate both companies.

Christopher Williams, Managing Director at Proven Investments, says the acquisition was completed on Tuesday after securing the necessary regulatory approval.     

“We have acquired 100% of Guardian Asset Management Jamaica Limited … we are the full owners. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price, however; the name will be changed to Proven Wealth Limited.

“There’ll be no change in the day to day operations, we will just be going through the process of introducing ourselves both to clients and to staff,” Mr. Williams told RJR News.
