Jury selection for trial in Hudson family murders

Vetting for potential jurors in the case involving the murder of three of singer Jennifer Hudson's family members resumed on Tuesday.

14 of the 18 jury spots were filled on Monday April 9.

30 year old William Balfour’s is charged with murdering Hudson's mother, brother and nephew in 2008.

Testimony is set to begin April 23.

He faces a mandatory life prison sentence if convicted of murdering at least two of the victims.
