A woman, who was arrested by the Kingston Central Police on Tuesday in relation to a visa scam, has been granted bail.
Rosalee McKenzie was charged with obtaining money by false pretense and later given station bail Wednesday night.
She is to appear in court next week.
Miss McKenzie was picked up by the police following allegations she was involved in a visa scam.
Her arrest followed complaints by persons that they paid her money to obtain visas.
