After being postponed twice late last year the trial of former gang leader Christopher "Dawg Paw" Linton is scheduled to get underway on Friday.
The case was called off in November and again last month after Mr. Linton's attorney complained to the judge that not all the material in the case had been received from the prosecution.
Mr. Linton, who was the alleged leader of the Dawg Paw Gang, was arrested in January last year and charged with illegal possession of a firearm and abduction.
He's accused of holding two women hostage while trying to elude a massive police-military dragnet.
Other members of the Dawg Paw Gang have also been arrested and charged.
