The former policeman, who is the key prosecution witness at the trial of three policemen charged with the 2004 murder of Oliver Duncan and Kemar Walters, has strongly denied suggestions that he lied to the court when he testified that the men were abducted and killed by the police.
He also denied suggestions that he lied to investigators in order to avoid being charged in the matter.
The witness was answering questions during cross examination Tusday by the defence.
The ex-cop had testified Monday that members of his team arrested and later killed the men.
He maintained, that his former colleagues, now on trial, were responsible for the death of the men.
The witness, who came under fire from the defence, also denied suggestions that he decided to co-operate with former Deputy Commissioner Mark Shields, in order to avoid being charged in the matter.
The former policeman admitted that he was a suspect in the case.
He, however insisted, that he took no part in the killing of Mr. Walters and Mr. Duncan.
He also denied claims that he was under investigations for an Ak47 rifle found in his possession after he resigned the force in 2008.
On trial are Assistant Superintendent of Police, Victor Barrett and Corporals Paul Edwards and Louis Lynch.
Mr. Duncan and Mr. Walters were arrested at the Washington Boulevard Plaza, by members of OCID, on December 23, 2004, after they were held in possession of a stolen Honda CRV.
They have not been seen since.
The trial continues Wednesday.
