A report has been submitted by the police to the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) to probe Wednesday's fatal shooting of a man at a nightclub in Manchester.
A probe is already being carried out by the Bureau of Special Investigation.
Twenty two year old entertainer, Rushane Royal, of Knockpatrick in Manchester, who was a patron at the club, was killed under controversial circumstances.
Mr. Royal's family is demanding justice after he was shot allegedly by a policeman in plain-clothes.
It is reported that the entertainer was at the Rock and Roll Club on Ward Avenue in Mandeville when the shooting happened.
According to an eyewitness, Mr. Royal was talking to the selector when the man walked up and shot him.
