The National Housing Trust says its teams are working to address issues affecting people seeking to access its services such as contributions refunds and eligibility letters.
The issues are plaguing the NHT mobile app and NHT Online platform.
The trust is advising that applications for contributions refund can still be made via its website at nht.gov.jm.
It says these applications are being accepted and processed without issues.
The NHT says it is working to have the matter resolved in the shortest possible time.
