The JSE Main Index climbed by 143 points on Friday, with the Junior Market Index climbing by 23 points.
There was trading in 59 stocks of which 26 advanced, 23 declined and 10 traded firm.
TransJamaican Highway Limited was the volume leader with 23% of total volume.
