President of the Union of Clerical Administrative and Supervisory Employees (UCASE) Vincent Morrison wants the incoming administration to give immediate attention to the use of fixed term contracts.
Mr Morrison, like many trade unionists, continues to insist that these types of contracts have been used exploitatively and should be addressed legislatively.
He also wants the new JLP administration to provide social protection for industrial security guards.
