Jamaica's Gayon Evans was winner at an international indoor meet in Czech Republic on Tuesday night. Evans who competes locally for the GC Foster College-based Sprint Tech, sped to 7.20 seconds to win the women's 60 meters.
Team-mate and the inform everton clarke was 2nd in the men's 60 meters clocking 6.58 just outside his personal best of 6.57.
The event was won by former Jamaican sprinter Andrew Fisher who now competes for Bahrain in a national record of 6.57, with veteran Kim Collins of St Kitts/Nevis 3rd in 6.58.
Verone Chambers with a personal best 53.49 and Kaliese Spencer 53.81 were 2nd and 3rd resprectively in the women's 400 meter 'B' race behind Justina Swiety of Poland in 52.73.
The overall event was won by hometown girl Zuzanna Hejnova of the Czech Republic who won the 'A' section in 51.96.
