Jamaica beat El Salvador 2-0 in their friendly international at the RFK Stadium in Washington last night.
Luton Shelton put the Reggae Boyz ahead in the 15th minute of the first half.
Shelton again scored in the 65th minute to seal the 2-0 victory over El Salvador.
The Boyz will now turn their attention to their next game against Kenya.
The match is slated for August 25 in Hartford, Connecticut.
Jamaica will have back-to-back World Cup Qualifying contests against the United States of America.
The first game will be played in Kingston on September 7.
The second takes place four days later in Columbus Ohio.
