Lenworth Hyde quits Humble Lion

Humble Lion has become the fifth team to suffer a coaching casualty in the ongoing red stripe premier league season.

Lenworth Hyde handed in his resignation to the Clarendon based club with immediate effect.

Hyde’s resignation follows a run of bad results culminating with a six-game winless streak.

Humble Lion's chairman Mike Henry  revealed that Linval "Pala" Wilson will be the interim coach while the hunt begins for a permanent coach.

Geoffrey Maxwell, who guided Waterhouse to the premier league title in 1998, is one of the front runners for the job.

Hyde was appointed head coach of Humble Lion in October, 2010.

The clubs loosing coaches so far this season are Highgate United, Montego Bay United, Sporting Central Academy and Arnett Gardens.
