Beaten end of first round finalists Port Morant United will start their second round fixtures in the St Thomas Captain's Bakery Major League with a game against Delta Force at land top on Wednesday.
Heartease will travel to Danvers Pen in the day's only other game.
On Tuesday the second round started with bath defeating Port Morant all stars 2-1 and Lyssons stopping Seaforth one nil.
