Head coach of the Reggae Girlz Hubert Busby is strongly against the idea of changing the women's world cup from every four to two years.
The governing body of football FIFA is considering to stage the women's World Cup every two years instead of every four starting in 2025 in an attempt to try grow the women's game.
FIFA will be holding a meeting with all member associations on September 30 to discuss the possibility of a two year World Cup cycle for men and women. A vote is expected sometime before the end of the year.
