Second placed Arnett Gardens played to an exciting 2-2 draw with third placed Montego Bay United in the lone game from the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League on Monday at the Montego Bay Sports Complex.
Arnett's talisman Fabian Reid gave them the lead in the 12th minute, before Leonardo Rankine equalized for the home team in minute 42.
Shai Smith sent Arnett Gardens into the break with the advantage, having netted the go-ahead goal in first half stoppage time. Lucas Lima ensured that the home team got a share of the points, when he scored in the 68th minute.
With the draw, Arnett Gardens moved up to 62 points, six behind leaders Mount Pleasant FA, while Montego Bay United cemented third place as they moved to 60.
Three more games will be played on Wednesday. 7-time champions Portmore United will travel to Harbour View for a 3:30 pm encounter; Waterhouse will go up against cellar dwellers Vere United at home, while Dunbeholden entertain Tivoli Gardens. On Thursday, Chapelton Maroons face Humble Lion, while Montego Bay United take on Molynes United.
