U23 Reggae Boy Lamar Walker goes on trial in Brazil

After impressing at the recent Pan American Games, Clarendon College midfielder Lamar Walker departed the island on Wednesday on a two week trial with Brazilian club Vasco de Gama. The 18 year old was a major inspiration for Clarendon College in its dominance of the DaCosta cup last season.

Walker scored 10 goals in helping Clarendon College to win both the DaCosta Cup and Olivier Shield titles last season. Meanwhile, Ricardo Morris will also depart the island this week after Portmore United struck a loan deal with Vaasan Palloseura in Finland for the remainder of the season which ends on November 14.
