The KSAFA Jackie Bell Knockout, which kicks off Wednesday, is being sponsored by the Jamaica Yellow Pages.
The global directories company has put forward a $12 million sponsorship over a three year period.
Defending champions Harbour View heads the 30 participating teams and along with the four other Premier League teams have secured a bye to the quarter final round.
The teams will be provided with playing gear and for each victory and there is a $5,000 winner’s incentive.
Six games will be contested on Wednesday with former champions Jamaica Defence Force and Constant Spring meeting at Up Park Camp.
Arnett Gardens and Waterhouse have been the two most dominant teams with five titles each.
