The police have laid charges against the man accused of chopping a woman to death in Clarendon last week.
Dwayne Richards, 55, a farmer of Crooked River, Clarendon was charged on the weekend with the murder of 61 year old Sharon Cole.
Ms Cole, a caregiver, was attacked and chopped numerous times while standing at a grocery store in Crooked River on Monday.
Mr Richards was captured a few days later, after he fled to Kingston.
The police reported that Ms Cole had a dispute with Mr Richards, who allegedly used a machete to chop her several times.
