Weeks after he was released in the One Don Gang trial, Damaine Elleston has again been charged.
Mr. Elleston was charged last week with illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition following his arrest during an operation in Damhead, Spanish Town.
Investigators say he was held with an illegal gun.
Radio Jamaica News was informed that Mr. Elleston is to face an identification parade in connection with a quadruple killing in Railway Lane, Spanish Town on June 5.
He was one of five persons freed in the One Don Gang trial in May.
