Member of Parliament for Central Clarendon Mike Henry has provided an explanation for his absence from Sunday’s delegates's conference.
Mr. Henry told the RJR News Centre centre that he stayed away as there are issues that involve him which are yet to be addressed by senior officials of the JLP including Mr. Holness.
He says a letter sent by his constituents to the Party more than a month ago has not been acknowledged:
"We haven't heard any acknowledgement from anyone for any of our positiions sent over five weeks ago...and in my casde overall, I haven't heard from the party at all or any official ...followingthe various investigations, foresnic audit..."
