DMX's greatest hits compilation The Best of DMX has soared to the number two spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart following the rapper's death on April 9.
The set sold 77,000 album units in the U.S.
In addition, two of DMX's former number one albums It's Dark and Hell is Hot and Flesh of My Flesh Blood of My Blood have re-entered the chart.
The 21-track Best of DMX includes hit singles "Ruff Ryders' Anthem," "Party Up (Up in Here)" and "X Gon' Give It to Ya."
The Iconic rapper will be honoured in his hometown of Yonkers, New York, with a street or statue named after him.
Reports are that the Mayor of Yonkers, Mike Spano, wants to remember DMX in his hometown with a mural, street name or statue.
DMX is also set to be honoured at a public memorial service at Brooklyn's Barclays Center later this month.
