Caribbean Energy Finance Company seeking to raise $452 million

Caribbean Energy Finance, which is set to become the latest addition to the junior stock market, has opened its public offer of  shares.
   
The company, which recently started operations, offers alternative energy generation equipment leasing and maintenance services to commercial and institutional clients in Jamaica and the region.
   
The company is offering 64.6 million ordinary shares to raise $452 million.
   
The offer is scheduled to close on May 4.
