The iconic television psychic, Miss Cleo, died on Tuesday after a battle with cancer. She was 53.
Miss Cleo, who was born Youree Harris, died in a hospice center in Palm Beach County, Florida, after being released from the hospital last week. She suffered from colon cancer that eventually spread to her liver and lungs.
The TV personality, famous for her thick Jamaican accent, urged viewers to call her hotline and get an insight into the future with the catchphrase, "Call Me Now!"
Despite the accent, she was actually born in Los Angeles and her Psychic Readers Network infomercial personality was all for show.
Her memorable Miss Cleo persona ran in television ads from 1997 to 2003.
