JN Bank will see a change in leadership at the end of March as Managing Director Leesa Kow concludes her tenure after 22 years with the Jamaica National Group.
Deputy Chairman and CEO of Jamaica National Earl Jarrett praised her contribution to the institution's growth, particularly her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.
He noted that she assumed the top post in 2022 at the height of the global uncertainty and led the bank in one of the most challenging periods faced by financial institutions in recent history.
